Question by faithfulphoebefan: I hate my body, so I don't want my boyfriend to see it.?

To start off, I'm really self-conscious. I'm slightly heavyset, and practically hate myself for it. I know it's nothing really major, but nevertheless. I don't like my body.

My boyfriend is very athletic and has a great body. Even though my boyfriend is comfortable with my size, getting naked is very awkward for me. I don't like my boyfriend seeing me get dressed in the morning (even though hes seen me naked loads of times) i just get really embarrassed.

He does love me and always compliments the way I look and says I'm pretty/sexy etc, but I cant get these worries out of my head and its getting me down. I'm just worried about what he thinks and don't want him to feel he's doing anything to make me feel like this. Its just the way I am, but don't know how to stop it except to lose the weight which is easier said than done.

I don't feel comfortable taking off my clothes in front of him, much less having sex with him. Is there a way I can "train" myself to take my clothes off in front of him and not feel totally inferior?
